Mind the Moment offers holistic services to individuals or groups who hope to meet their goals for health and well-being.  Julie Falk Ph.D. uses a variety of mind/body modalities including mindfulness, humanistic and positive psychology, Focusing, and yoga. She models her mindfulness courses on the curriculum developed by The Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Clinical studies have shown that the techniques taught in MBSR can improve participants' ability to cope with life challenges, including stress from physical conditions or emotional difficulty.
