Mind the Moment  is your local source for classes in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, or MBSR.  Teacher Julie Falk Ph.D., RN, RYT models this 8-week course on the curriculum developed by The Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Clinical studies have shown that the techniques taught in MBSR can improve participants' ability to cope with life challenges, including stress from physical conditions or emotional difficulty.
