Yoga Classes that Support Well-being


For many people, the practice of yoga is a gateway to mindfulness.  Join Julie to learn about mindful movement and meditation through yoga, or to deepen your current practice.

Chair Yoga, for those who can't get to the floor, is offered on Mondays 10:30-11:30 a.m. , and Fridays 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the YWCA in Gettysburg.
COVID precautions are in effect at the YWCA, and these classes are also streamed on Zoom for those at home.

An online chair yoga and meditation session is held on Zoom on Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
