For many people, the practice of yoga is a gateway to mindfulness. Join Julie to learn about mindful movement and meditation through yoga, or to deepen your current practice.
Chair Yoga, for those who can't get to the floor, is offered on Mondays and Fridays 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. at the YWCA in Gettysburg. Classes are also streamed on Zoom. Check the virtual fitness schedule on the YWCA website.
Somatic Movement classes are held on the first Tuesday evening of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the YWCA Gettysburg. Somatic Movement is very effective for reducing discomfort related to posture and patterns of muscle tension in the body.
These classes are also streamed on Zoom for those at home.
