At Mind the Moment, I offer holistic services to individuals or groups who wish to define and meet their goals for well-being and health. I am certified to offer services in mindfulness education, Focusing, integrative wellness coaching, and yoga. Whatever goals you choose to work toward, we'll explore them with attention to mind, body, and spirit.
I work to help you consider more deeply what you want, and identify your own strengths and talents. As you reach toward well-being, we can choose from a variety of mind/body modalities including meditation, humanistic and positive psychology, Focusing, parts work, and mindful yoga.
